Comply with all TikTok community guidelines and applicable laws. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
3. Account Registration To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:Keep your login information secure.Not share or sell your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Payouts and CompensationStreamers are paid based on completed LiveShout campaigns or shoutout sessions, as described during onboarding or in campaign briefs.Payouts are made through third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or other services).LiveShout is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by third-party payment services.Taxes and local compliance obligations are the responsibility of the streamer.
5. Content and Conduct RulesBy using the Service, you agree not to:Violate TikTok’s or any platform’s community guidelines.Post or promote NSFW, illegal, or harmful content.Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.Use LiveShout to harass, defraud, or spam other users.LiveShout reserves the right to remove users or campaigns that violate these rules without notice.
6. Brand and Partner CollaborationsCreators and brands who work with LiveShout agree to:Provide accurate campaign details and compensation terms.Not request misleading, inappropriate, or illegal promotions.Allow LiveShout to mediate disputes if necessary.We act solely as a platform facilitating introductions — not as an employer, agency, or guarantor of outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property All materials on the LiveShout platform, including text, graphics, logos, and media, are owned or licensed by LiveShout. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission.You retain ownership of your own TikTok and social media content but grant LiveShout a limited license to display or reference your promotional content for marketing purposes.
8. Disclaimers LiveShout provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.We do not guarantee specific follower growth, audience engagement, or earnings.Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, TikTok’s terms, and tax regulations.
9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveShout and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of income, followers, or data.
10. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to LiveShout at any time for:Violations of these Terms,Fraudulent or unsafe activity,Legal or compliance reasons.Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
